All Members Referred to a Job in Local 474 Jurisdiction will need 2 forms of ID with one being your social security card for Hire-In. 

19 Regular Calls to American Electric: These calls are to the shop. You must have OSHA 10 Training, Safety Toed Boots and a Drug Test is required. 

48 Regular Calls to Mid South Electric: These calls are to the shop. You must have OSHA 10 Training, Safety Toed Boots and a Drug Test is required.

19 Regular Calls to S&S Electric: These calls are to the shop: 10 of the calls will be for people with Residential experience: OSHA 10: Safety Toed Boots and a Drug Test is required: 

10 Regular calls to Tri State Electric: These calls are to the shop : You must have OSHA 10: Safety Toed Boots and a Drug Test is required:

2 Regular calls to Shelby Electric: This is to the Shop: There will be a Background check done, and a Drug Test is Required: and you must have a valid Driver License.

4 Regular calls to McCrory Electric:  These calls will be to Kellogg’s, and it is paying $3 over scale with some Overtime: You will refer Monday and Process at the Shop and start to work Tuesday: 

1 Regular calls to Gephart Electric: These calls are for the Blue Oval project: Drug test required. You will need to do an online orientation before you report to the job for Hire In: You will be compensated for this: Gephart has an Incentive of $10.00 per hour for ST hours and $15 per hour for OT hours and is working 6-10s. There is no requirement to work all hours in a day or week to receive incentive pay:

3 Regular calls to Conti Electric: This call will be for the Blue Oval project. The job is working 5/10’s; You will refer Monday and report for your Drug Test and you will need to do an Online Orientation before you report to the Job on Tuesday 8/19 for Hire In at 6:30 am: You will be compensated for this: Conti has a Daily Per Diem for Monday - Saturday of $160.00 a Day if all hours are worked in the Day: OSHA 10: Safety Toed Boots and a Drug Test is required:
