Temporary Arkansas JW License

• Please go to https://apps.lnpweb.com/authenticate/rZzOeu0iSPiIPAWjNJFLw and create an account and complete the application there, being sure to attach all documentation.
• Remember your Login information or you will have to contact the licensing office to recover your account!
• Answer all questions in Step 2. If you have/had a license you must fill in all information about that license (license number, license date, testing date, score, testing facility, etc.)
• If you completed a DOL Apprenticeship, you must fill out the information pertaining to that. You will upload proof in Step 3 Document Upload.
• Submit experience (and education if apprenticeship was completed) in Step 3 Document Upload. A notarized letter from Glenn should suffice.
• Review your Information Summary in Step 4
• Click Save and Exit to save your information
